NUCLEAR RECEPTOR POST TRANSLATIONAL MODIFICATION KNOWLEDGEBASE
NR-PTMkb is a knowledgebase that is a panoramical approach to evaluate experimentally validated PTMs of human, mouse and rat nuclear receptors (NRs). Our primary aim is to provide comprehensive information about PTMs of NRs and their binding interactions with coregulators, with specific focus on Orphan NRs. NR-PTMkb includes text search on the basis of NRs, type of modifications and modifiers. For the advanced analysis, structural insight and prediction, we have incorporated Tree tool (NR Roots), visualisation tool (NR Tabs), docking tool (NR Dock) and prediction tool (PTM profiler).
